I scheduled an appointment on a weekday morning for an oil change and a visual inspection. After sitting for 2 hours I was informed that the only person who was capable of working on my car wasn’t at the oil change and a visual inspection. After sitting for 2 hours I was informed that the only person who was capable of working on my car wasn’t at the dealership yet, I had Hyundai call me a ride home. 6 hours after I had originally dropped my car off I called back and I had found that I was “next in line” according to my service advisor. 8 hours after I initially dropped my car off I called again, I was informed then that the only person who could work on my car had to leave in the middle of inspecting my car and hadn’t even given it an oil change. It was also at this time my service advisor had claimed to have already called me, explaining that they needed the car for another day, he was experiencing signs of concerns about a leak, which I don’t have, and he had mentioned how my car was still “on the lift” and “in pieces”. It wasn’t until the next afternoon when they finally diagnosed my car’s problems and had them fixed in about 4-5 hours. My car was able to be collected nearly 50 hours after initially dropping it off for a scheduled appointment. More
This is the worst dealership that I have visited. They say that replace a fog light that did not work after I left the dealer. The question is if they replaced the fog light or not. Then, I called my advisor and service manager and for me was very difficult to get in touch with them. Finally, I talked to the service advisor and told him about this issue . The bottom line I have to comeback to get the fog light bulb fixed. More

Made an apt 7:40AM for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if there’s a point in making an appointment if it takes over 3 hours each time. Also got the invoice recommendations at the end fo rotation. Not sure if there’s a point in making an appointment if it takes over 3 hours each time. Also got the invoice recommendations at the end for over $1200. For the items that said immediate attention or failed.. took it to get a second opinion and said I do not need any of those. Should feel like you can trust the car dealership, however, I do not. However, the guy who helped me was helpful throughout the process. More
