Deceptive sales team and unethical business practices. Then they shove the problem to the customer. My car issue it is indeed covered by fidelity as they specify in their website. I was told by service that is not covered and anyways fidelity is refusing to cover on the fact that they claim the car was sold as a certified pre owned which is why I understood. Sales team says is not covered under Hyundai and “Hyundai will not pay for it” because I’m a second owner. Yet fidelity claims is Hyundai responsibility under 100k, seems like lack of communication between parties and I don’t see why the consumer has to resolve a situation caused by the dealership when they are a mega company owned by Blackrock. Seems like gross negligence and let’s see how this situation will finally unfold because now I’m stuck with a loan that I was sold to under lies and deception. Terrible. Do not shop here and oh they rotate employees between dealerships when they get “too hot” so be mindful of their sister dealerships as well. The guy who made the shady deal to me is now in Toyota. More
Very courtesy and professional. I took my car to the dealership where I bought it from and their quote was $2000 more than Courtesy Hyundai.
