We made our maintenance appointment on line for a hybrid belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? However, they were able to get it from another dealership but I ended up in the waiting room six hours. Still, it beat having to drive back again! More
Horrible customer service. Have tried for hours to get someone in the service department, left messages, no one returns calls. You cannot get a live person to answer a phone. I'll start or my saying, my partner bought 2 vehicles prior to the experience I'm speaking on. Payments were made on time. Car was stolen in Dec 2023, Jan 2024 she went to purchase another car because of prior to the experience I'm speaking on. Payments were made on time. Car was stolen in Dec 2023, Jan 2024 she went to purchase another car because of the Elantra theft safety feature not installed. They only gave her one option same type of car, Elantra sport. She had to put down 1,000 even though they knew he car was stolen and was going to be a positive mark on her credit. They didn't work with her. . Now the car she got had a broken key fob. Which she lost and was told the key would be replaced never was. Also after a month the battery dies, she has to buy new one. She has full coverage let me add. Car had 17000 miles on it. Since then she has bought 3 tires due to the ones she has on being dry rotted. They told her they had 4 new tires bought and forgot to put on before she drove off lot, they are not reimbursing her. The sales manager Juan was supposed to call her and let her know if she could get a rental while car was being serviced and never called. Multiple times we both have called and received no call back. Mind you the gentleman who sold her the LEMON no longer works there. Today we are heading to dealership to get the new tires and hope that some of these incompetent, unprofessional issues can be explained.
