Buying a new car was so much easier here than I thought it would be. Daniela F. went out of her way to bring out the cars I wanted to test drive and explain all the features and pricing and the manager was it would be. Daniela F. went out of her way to bring out the cars I wanted to test drive and explain all the features and pricing and the manager was able to find extra discounts and gave me a good “out the door price” so I knew exactly what to expect. There was never any pressure and great communication whenever I had any questions. I would recommend buying your next new car here with Daniela Figueredo! More
My experience with courtesy hyundai of tampa has been frustrating and disappointing. I initially signed a lease agreement for a vehicle on June 17, 2024, and since then, the dealership has repeatedly mad frustrating and disappointing. I initially signed a lease agreement for a vehicle on June 17, 2024, and since then, the dealership has repeatedly made errors, requiring me to sign four different versions of the contract. Now they are demanding that I sign a fifth version. Throughout this process, I have cooperated and signed every revised contract in good faith. On September 6, 2024, the dealership sent me a letter stating that the contract was canceled. Despite their cancellation, they are refusing to return my trade-in vehicle, which was part of the original transaction. According to the contract’s cancellation terms, they are required to return all consideration, including my trade-in, yet they are withholding it and continue to insist that I return the leased vehicle. To add to the frustration, they are now charging me $50 per day for not returning the leased vehicle within 48 hours of their cancellation notice. They’ve also threatened legal action and additional fees for towing and attorneys. While they’ve offered to waive the charges if I return the vehicle, they’ve completely ignored my request for the return of my trade-in vehicle. I had hoped to resolve this matter amicably, but Jonathan Welty General Sales Manager’s refusal to address my concerns, along with the unnecessary complications and threats, has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be wary of their practices. Elliot C. Gunther He insisted on entering my house while I reviewed and signed the contract, but I refused and asked him to remain in his car. He insisted that I sign the documents in front of him, which I agreed to, but I requested time to read the contract first. He refused to allow me to read the documents and kept demanding that I sign immediately. When I asked him to leave, he remained in my driveway, and as I tried to leave my house, he called a tow truck, which blocked my exit. I was left with no choice but to call the Pasco County Sheriff. so i was under siege by Elliot C. Very poor communication. Got there for my 1:20 appointment, Waited almost ten minutes to be acknowledged and serviced and was told It would take approximately two hours. Almo Got there for my 1:20 appointment, Waited almost ten minutes to be acknowledged and serviced and was told It would take approximately two hours. Almost two and a half hours later, I had to go and inquire as to the status and was told that that there were still three cars in front of mine and it had not even gotten into the bay yet. Took the shuttle home to continue waiting and at 5:45 PM. Repeatedly, called to try and check the status again. Finally left of voicemail only for someone to call me back three minutes later to tell me that my car had been completed thirty minutes prior and that I could now come and pick it up. I understand that dealerships take time and there's always a delay of some sort; however, Setting an appointment should actually mean something and communication should mean more. More
Took car night before putting tires and oil change wasn’t ready until the next day at 2:42 long Wait Long time or just that kind of service, they seem to be a little unorganized not sure why, but it needs to ready until the next day at 2:42 long Wait Long time or just that kind of service, they seem to be a little unorganized not sure why, but it needs to be fixed.. then I was checking out instead of completing my check out he’s calling other customers to tell them their car is ready in front of me so I had to wait on that to happen before he completed my transaction. I kind of think that’s unacceptable. You should finish with one customer before you start on another. More
