As a previous Hyundaii owner, loyalty and repeat business do not mean anything to this dealership. Were not talking one or two Hyundai's were talking seven just in my immediate family. We went in to the de do not mean anything to this dealership. Were not talking one or two Hyundai's were talking seven just in my immediate family. We went in to the dealership spent several hours test driving a car we had decent service until we got ready to purchase the car. Just as an FYI there previous warranty has changed the warranty they preach and advertise is misleading and borders on false advertising. Read the fine print as most things that break are not covered in the Bumper to Bumper warranty. The offer the manager presented to us was not only insulting the price of the car literally had doubled. It was a few thousand over the MSRP price. There were over 30 of the same exact cars on the lot no shortage of cars. They valued are trade over $4,000 less than even MDA, Kelley Blue and Black book and even consumer Report. Bottom line by the time we were done on a $20-22,000 basic car no options, the trade difference and tax, title, and there service admin fee the car literally doubled in price. For $40,000 on a basic vehicle I'll buy a luxury vehicle with no haggling. Be prepared to play games and be there all day, our sales representative who seemed very helpful and nice warned us that the Sales Manager's offer would depend on the mood he was in. To me that meant the difference of a good offer or an excellent offer. I have bought a few cars in my time and we were always off a few thousand here or there and played the game but never in my lifetime has the vehicle actually doubled. This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealerships a bad name. I am in sales and if I presented an offer like this dealership or or asked for a payment of $20,000 more than the original asking price without a shortage of my product, I would be unemployed. I would never reccomend this dealership or any other Courtesy dealership. My husband has had bad experiences with there Infiniti Dealer. Thinking of buying a Hyundai in Tampa, as a previous Hyundai owner the Brandon Hyundai is just as bad. More
David Bar was quite pleasant to work with; however, he made a point of telling me that the oil needed changing only every 7500 miles, which is not true in Florida's extreme heat. He also told me they "nev made a point of telling me that the oil needed changing only every 7500 miles, which is not true in Florida's extreme heat. He also told me they "never lost a deal to Wesley Chapel Hyundai" (well, they lost mine) and that they had the best quality rating in the area (not according to this site). Worst, the manager Joe never came to meet me and made the error of believing the lies of his trade-in appraiser's low-ball of my VERY CLEAN Acura's quality even AFTER I told them what WC Hyundai had offered on the trade. They didn't show me the Manheim sales comparisons, just the BS "book values." IMHO, Joe's ego prevented David and the dealership from making money that day because he believed the lies he told me and couldn't admit that a woman knew her numbers cold. He also said that WC Hyundai would "add last minute charges to jack up the price." I told David that if they did, I'd call him and we'd renegotiate. Well, WC Hyundai demonstrated stellar integrity and sold me a great car; they'll get my service business going forward. Courtesy? I'll never go there again! More
We emailed 3 different local dealers with our request as to the car we wished to purchase. Jennifer was the first to get back with us and during the negotiations she was very prompt in her responses. She to the car we wished to purchase. Jennifer was the first to get back with us and during the negotiations she was very prompt in her responses. She agreed to negotiate over email while one of the dealers told us we needed to come in. I had already test driven the car the week before and knew what we wanted. Jennifer accomodated the way we wanted to purchase the car, and that didn't involve spending a day at the dealership. Because of the way she took care of us we didn't wait for the other dealers any longer and decided to go with her. She made the experience a pleasure instead of the long grueling process it usually is. The business office person was also very fast and efficient. We will definitely use this dealership in the future. The others were disapointing... More

I have had an excellent experience with Courtesy Nissan/Hyundai. They were honest with me, they bent over backwards to get me a better deal on financing than I went in with, and even got me a bette Nissan/Hyundai. They were honest with me, they bent over backwards to get me a better deal on financing than I went in with, and even got me a better deal AFTER I had already signed a contract to buy a Hyundai through my own lender. My sales rep, Glen, was honest and friendly and went out of his way throughout the process, including picking me up at a location other than the dealership and offering to drive my new car home for me. There was no haggling, no double speak, no dishonesty of any kind. I got an excellent price which was guaranteed before I even entered the dealership (online). Erin, in Finance, was also honest and helpful and accommodating regarding my schedule and financing terms. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Called this dealer to compare pricing on a Santa Fe. When I told them who I was considering a deal with, they wanted to steal the business from that dealership. They stated that the owner of Wesley Cha When I told them who I was considering a deal with, they wanted to steal the business from that dealership. They stated that the owner of Wesley Chapel Hyundai had cheated them out of money (not the first time I heard that from a past salesman from that dealership). They wanted my business, promised me a Sante Fe with Navigation upgrade for the same price I was getting for one in Wesley Chapel. Needless to say when I got there, they couldn't make that deal, but could sell me a basic ugly green one. I got the bait and switch trick. Plus, I found out that that Wesley Chapel Hyundai was trying to sell me a "rental" Sante Fe at a new car price, which according to Courtesy Hyundai was against their internal pricing rules. Stay clear of Wesley Chapel Hyundai and Courtesy Hyundai. There are nicer and more honest dealserships out there. More
I had a great experience at Courtesy Hyundai when purchasing a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They were very kind and helpful, and to me the main thing was I was in and out with my new car in no time! No purchasing a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They were very kind and helpful, and to me the main thing was I was in and out with my new car in no time! No to long ago, my father was purchasing a car at a different dealer and it was such a hassle and it took hours before he received his new car, that I thought that was normal and it would happen to me. Here it was so quick I was amazed. I recommend Courtesy Hyundai to anyone! More
Victim of the "Yo Yo" finance. The F&I manager stated that I need to have a three year maintenance program and Gap insurance per the finance company. I called the bank and they stated that this was a li that I need to have a three year maintenance program and Gap insurance per the finance company. This is the first time I have ever written a review regarding an used car experience and after my story you will know why. I had the honor of meeting the most sincere and honest salesman for once in my regarding an used car experience and after my story you will know why. I had the honor of meeting the most sincere and honest salesman for once in my life. My situation is like most Americans dealing with the slow down of the economy and the impact it has done to all of us. I was laid off from NASA Glenn Lewis 3 years ago and lost my income which to this day is still a battle to get back on my feet. I had to turn in my 2001 Nissan Altima due to losing 80% of my income after I was let go. After that my credit continue to fall down like the titanic on its maiden voyage. I brought another car in Cleveland from a dealer who sold me a car that barely made it past the warranty period. Not only was this car a complete death trap I got placed with a finance company which called me every other week to make sure I was going to make my payments. Not only did this company call me, but when I had to move states to find another job and updated my information on their website they started to hound my relatives as if I had skipped out on them! Never in my life was I ever treated so poorly from any company in my life. Then one week after being here in Florida for a few months I was driving to work and the junker decided it was time for the rest of the bottom of the car to rust out and brake line go out. No warning on the car whatsoever to prepare me but I guess I should have expected it since the electrical system went one year prior to it. Four hundred dollars later my mechanic tells me he could no longer take money from me due to he refused to have me drive the car which was dieing a very quick death! The next episode that followed has restore my faith that are still good people left in this world. I decided to call Courtesy Nissan and see what they had to offer to get me back to a safe car which would help me be able to go to work and college again. From the first time Lee Denzik (Internet Sales Manager) called me I heard something in his voice that said he was shooting from the truth and could be trusted. Not only did this man live up to his word of taking care of the customer I felt as though I was talking to my big brother who passed away 6 years prior. Lee Denzik not only made me feel taken care of he restored my faith in trusting people to stand by their word. It was like my brother had led me to this man and said it was going to be okay. I thank God I listened because not only did I get treated like gold but I got to see that there were others like my brother who was my best friend also still existed in this world. Lee Denzik placed me a car that was not only safe but within my means to feel human again. I am now driving a 2006 Suburu Impreza that I look at every morning and cry that I have this thanks to him. Lee Denzik I thank God for leading me to you. All I can say to the rest of the people looking for a great guy and honest one you would be a fool not to trust anyone else but this man. God Bless you and continue to bring you sucess. No other person deserves it more than you Lee. Sincerly, Ralph Moore Clearwater, Florida More
