First of all I kept from writing my review for 60 days so I could also include a bit about the 2013 Hyundai Sonata I purchased. Starting with the car itself, in one word WOW!!!! Great comfort and drivability and I average 31 mpg with the large majority in the city. I did extensive research before going out to dealerships as I over analyze everything I do. After a month of obsessive research I narrowed it down to 3. Then my excursion to these three brands at a dealership level began. I went and looked at the Camry first, nice car, decent features, good experience at the Toyota dealership just was not completely convinced. Then on to the Accord. Again nice car, over priced for what you pay for, also had an above average experience at the Honda dealer I visited but did not see the over all value. After those two I was leaning heavily toward the Camry. Then I went to Courtesy Hyundai and met with Dominick, the Internet manager who contacted me when I inquired on-line. He gave me the demonstration of a life time. He asked me upon my arrival what was most important to me in my next vehicle. He geared his demonstration towards what I told him I wanted and told me all about the features the Sonata had and how they fit into my wants. After our 20 minute test drive I was completely in love with the car. I did not let Dominick know as I was still in search of the best deal. I wore him out for an hour negotiating and he stayed nice, positive, and on my side through the whole thing. After I got their best price I told Dominick ok I need to go sleep on it I will contact h tomorrow. I was expecting a little frustration on his end however, he just smiled shook my hand and said I completely understand I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow. Well the next day I went to 3 other Hyundai dealers, one who claims to guarantee the lowest price in Florida, without telling any of them I already had a price. I wanted to see who would give me the best price. After all day going to dealers not only was Dominick by far the most professional, knowledgable, enjoyable, his price was just shy of $1,000 better than the 2nd lowest I received. I went back the following day and completed the deal with Dominick. Now it's time to go to the dreaded finance office. Well this is where I met Brett Starling. Again a complete pleasure. He was upfront, honest, considerate of my time and also extremely knowledgeable about the products he had to offer. After the sale Dominick has contacted me periodically just to see how me and my Sonata were doing. I have since been in for my first service appointment, can't remember the girls name who assisted me but a great experience. So far Courtesy Hyundai is by far the best car owning experience I have had in my 57 years. If your thinking about a Hyundai go to Courtesy and deal with the employees I have mentioned and I assure you the most pleasant car owning experience of your life. More

And after signing steve made sure they he went through the book to make sure we knew all about the car from running it to warranty and even made sure our cell phones worked off of the car speakers. He made sure we were comforterable with everything before we left. I even called a week later and he took his time, going over a couple things with me. I even received a hand written thank you card, dont see much of those any more. Then he gave us a follow up call a couple days ago. I highly recommend this dealer. Didn't get to meet everyone there, but they all seem to be smiling, a happy place. More

Overall, it was a great experience. We first went to Brandon Hyundai. They said they do not negotiate below MSRP and they also add $3000 to all new cars for a lifetime powertrain warranty that is not negotiable. Given that it doesn't kick in until after the manufacturer 100,000 warranty and does not cover repairs that cost more than the value of the vehicle at repair time, it is a useless coverage. I was so glad I went to Courtesy Hyundai the next day and ended up with my perfect car. More
