I was to be sent a PO BOX address so I could talk to someone about the fading on the plastic part above the Hatch back. I was also to be sent a case number. Most of the people in the body shop are nice but the one they gave my file to for an estimate never to this day has returned my phone calls. There was a nice young man that did it on a Sat. But the fading never should have happened. If I go to trade in or sell the car them will deduct for the fading that is Hyundai fault, they never should have put a plastic part on the car for Florida.
