He added GAPP coverage and a 5 year service maintenance warranty to my My sales person Eduardo was great. The finance manager Mina Habib not so much. He added GAPP coverage and a 5 year service maintenance warranty to my loan without asking if I wanted it or even telling me he added it until I questioned why the payments and loan amount was so much. That is deceptive and unprofessional. If I had been asked, I would have agreed to the GAPP but not the $3500 5 year maintenance warranty. More
