Hyundai Review Rude used cars manager during trade-in price negotiation, thinking customers are idiots. Finance manager, Bill Whitcomb, didn't process auto loan thro Rude used cars manager during trade-in price negotiation, thinking customers are idiots. Finance manager, Bill Whitcomb, didn't process auto loan through lender I was pre-approved for and requested to process my loan through. Instead processed through their Achieva CU, with higher rate, promissing discount with Auto Pay, which was supposed to match my other offer. Turned out auto pay is not available at Achieva. Mohammed in sales was very nice to work with. Arranged shuttle when car was in service and made sure shuttle picked me up after service was done and made sure everything was good after service. Service Manager made me jump through hoops to get car striping done that was initially promised. Had to call Mohammed to get it straight. If it wasn't for Mohammed I wouldn't have bought the car there. This dealership needs more employees like him. More
