I took my car to courtesy Hyundai of Tampa to have my air conditioning fixed. Three weeks later the air conditioning was leaking into the car and flooding the floors. I took it back and my advisor Joshua Ces conditioning fixed. Three weeks later the air conditioning was leaking into the car and flooding the floors. I took it back and my advisor Joshua Cesani insisted it was not my air conditioner. Of course it was. I would told they would need my car for a few days. Gave me a filthy loaner vehicle. Hurricane Milton came. They did not contact me. I called after the hurricane and was assured twice that my car was not flooded from hurricane and told repairs were delayed due to hurricane. Never heard anything for two weeks from dealership. Was not able to reach adviser. Finally reached adviser after 2.5 weeks and was told that tech was off and needed to find out about car. Would call back next day. Three days later 21 days after hurricane called and said that car was flooded by hurricane and I needed to file an insurance claim. The next day was called and told they needed their loaner back. I had to rent a car. Poor poor communication. Feel like I was ignored my vehicle was ignored. Feel very disrespected. I will never buy a Hyundai nor use this dealership again. Terrible service. More

I drove an hour from home because I had an appointment for service. They knew I was going to wait there. I sat there two and a half hours and they didn’t even start working on my car yet. And I had to for service. They knew I was going to wait there. I sat there two and a half hours and they didn’t even start working on my car yet. And I had to ask what was happening, no one told me they were backed up. While I was waiting I went to a sales rep and asked about the trade in value for my car because I wanted a new vehicle, and she didn’t ask for details, just told me that only the manager could talk numbers. Not at all helpful. So after waiting 2.5 hours I asked for my keys back and went somewhere else closer to home for my service. You lost my service business and a new car sale. Not what I had come to expect from Courtesy Hyundai. More
