Part of the experience is dealing with the reservationist and the constant service reminders which I learned are wrong. The reservationist treated me like a nobody, verified that my vehicle needed service, a and the constant service reminders which I learned are wrong. The reservationist treated me like a nobody, verified that my vehicle needed service, and said I wouldn't be eligible for transport. When I leased the vehicle, I was told transportation was included when I needed service. Upon taking off a workday and bringing my vehicle in for service, I was asked why I was there as no service was required. The dealership actions caused me to make multiple arrangements only to find it was all unnecessary. The service people were hurried, but polite. More
