We were looking for a new Kia Telluride or Sorento and decided to go to Courtesy in Altoona. We have been Subaru owners for over 30 years. I was looking for vented seats and comfort and with Subaru, the only way to get this is in the touring model, which is nut to pay 50k plus. I called Kia and asked them if they had any that fits my wants they said they do, and set me up to meet Tyler and Erin. When I arrived I was met by both. Erin was the sales manager, Tyler was the salesman. He proceeds to walk me out to the vehicle I told them I was interested in. It was a 2024 Sorento, beautiful. I set down in it and the seats were horrible for my back. So it was a definite no. I then asked to try the Telluride, while he was walking back to get the keys for the one I wanted to try. He mentioned they had a 2023 Lincoln Aviator no miles. I said that would be great but its a second mortgage and not in our budget with the interest rates the way they are, but hey if Erin can work magic I would look at it. Tyler came back with the keys to the Telluride and it was awesome except It had black interior I do not want. So we go back into shop to see about ordering one. He said good news. Lincoln is offering zero for 72! I said ok what is the out the door on the Lincoln? After a few min Erin said to me they will sell it at their cost plus all the incentives. Military, First time and one more, it added up. They also gave us more for our Subaru than what it was on KBB. I have never had such and Enjoyable time at a car dealership. xxxx, I even bought them lunch. Thank you S More
VERY FRUSTRATING! !!!! I went on the dealership website to make an appointment for inspection and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I entered all my information along with all t !!!! I went on the dealership website to make an appointment for inspection and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I entered all my information along with all the codes for the recall notices I received. I submitted my appointment request and expected a confirmation email which I never received. After a few days I called the dealership service department to confirm my appointment. The gentleman I spoke with said I was not in his system. UGH!!!!!! He proceeded to take all my information and made an appointment for my inspection the following week. He explained that the recalls did not affect ALL KIA vehicles and they would check my vehicle to see which, if any, of the recalls affected my vehicle and then would order parts and then schedule the repairs. I was fine with that. The following week I showed up at my SCHEDULED TIME for my inspection and recall check and was told, “I’m not on their schedule.” And I was not even in their system. UGH!!!!!! I live in a rural area and the drive to the dealership is an hour each way. They agreed to “Squeeze me in” for the inspection but said I would have to reschedule to get checked for the recall. Not to fix the recall, to get checked to see if the recalls affected my vehicle then schedule any recall repairs for a date after that. I am getting my inspection and I will never be back to this dump. There is another KIA dealer an hour away in another direction. I will try them next time. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!! More
