They scheduled my vehicle service at a time that worked for me and gave me a ride back to work and delivered the finished vehicle. Service men and women had smiles and a pleasant attitude. It's nice to have someone working to make my day better! More
Never again I have had dealings in the past with Courtesy and never had an issue until recently. This past December we took our vehicle into them for repairs. I I have had dealings in the past with Courtesy and never had an issue until recently. This past December we took our vehicle into them for repairs. It took a full month to get a quote from them and after we told them to move forward with the repairs, the quote was far from complete. The original estimated time to finish it was two weeks, middle of February. I understand things don't go according to plan and with not enough mechanics, things take time. So I assumed first of March and was patient. March came around and the total for the repairs continued to grow. By the middle of March I was promised it would be done. Each week there was a new excuse and a new promise. This continued until end of April. I was told at one point at the beginning of April that the mechanic that had been working on our car was at a training and no other mechanics could work on it because they were on "priority" jobs...at this point my vehicle had been in for over three months already. I called management and they told me they would get them going on it. This continued throughout the entire last month with phone calls everyday and new excuses. During this entire time, I was never once offered a rental or a vehicle to use. I had plans that continued to be put off because of the lack of service and now I am waiting to see if they will work with me on the bill or if they expect me to pay full price for a job that was originally supposed to take two weeks that took over four months. After this experience I will NEVER do business with Courtesy Ford again. I understand things don't go as planned but it was a constant barrage of excuses on mechanics not being there, parts not ordered, wrong parts ordered, and not once was I offered some kind of recompense for the inconvenience. I took my Excursion in for servicing and general look over before we went on a 5000 mile towing vacation. I cannot remember who I dealt with but the service was GREAT. He allowed me to watch and ask ques over before we went on a 5000 mile towing vacation. I cannot remember who I dealt with but the service was GREAT. He allowed me to watch and ask questions. Every question I asked he went over in detail. The A/C unit was not working correctly and he went and got a master tech. Within 5 seconds he saw the issue and showed me how to fix it. He said it was all apart of their service. I have been to many different dealerships and have not received that level of help or courtesy. I also paid money to have the door code extracted from the main computer. They wrote it on the receipt for me. After I got home we went on vacation and forgot about the code. It was lost. Last week, my wife took the opportunity to take the rig in for another service. I gave her a list of things i needed done on the car. Not once did she feel like she was less than human for asking questions and letting them know what needed fixed. They were patient and caring. I have heard plenty about women taking cars in and being taken advantaged of - NOT at this dealership! She came away with a tire rotation, oil change, 4x4 checked, door locks repaired, and they found 2 bulbs out on the back window, AND looked up the master door code again (for free). all for $52.31. So pleased with their work and how they treat people around them. I will make sure this rig goes in to see them EVERY TIME! More
