Misleading Went to Courtesy Rome dealership for transmission service and requested a quote. Once my vehicle was in their shop the price increased almost 50 perc Went to Courtesy Rome dealership for transmission service and requested a quote. Once my vehicle was in their shop the price increased almost 50 percent. No nothing changed from what was quoted except the price. Very disappointed in the service advisor I elevated the issue to the service manager. The manager indicated he would look into the issue and respond.......never heard back from the Service Manager. Can't say I'm disappointed in the service performed (time will tell if it was correct), but was disappointed in price increase and lack of response from Service Manager. Lost my trust, I will not return for service and this will possible keep me from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

They are walking me through each step of the repair process as I form a visual of the work. This is great for me, but I also realize that this extra step requires extra time on their part. In all fairness, I must update me prior review of this vehicle service to say, "I am very pleased with the service manager and his team for stepping up to the plate to extend the added customer service in bringing my vehicle back to life. They even took the initiative to look beyond the initial vehicle issue to inform me of possible other issue(s). More
