Had a truck at the dealership for 4 Months with promises to fix for a starting problem and it was excuse after excuse. They gave it back to us and 3 weeks later it was back in the shop same issue. I had been trying to get warranty work done by this dealership since October 6,2021. Finally had an appointment for 2/28/22. They had not started work on 3/7/22. Auto Zone, Turner MCall Blvd Rome, tested the battery and alternator. Neither was defective on 3/8/22. More

DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS TIME, BUT THEY LET ME DOWN ON TAKING CARE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE, ONLY FIXED PART OF THEM . HAD TO DIAGNOSE SOME MYSELF AN TAKE IT BACK AN GET THE FRONT WHEEL BEAR ON TAKING CARE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE, ONLY FIXED PART OF THEM . Very dissatisfied after my last visit with my expedition. Took it in for the cam phazer an some other repairs on monday , was told it would be ready by wednsday bit it was 11 days later on friday of the next Took it in for the cam phazer an some other repairs on monday , was told it would be ready by wednsday bit it was 11 days later on friday of the next week when we got it back. They was supposed to check for a wheel brg noise an they said no problem found, but I heard it when I left so I checked it myself an found the left front wheel brg plum loose. So Icalled up there the next Monday an talked to someone I knew an they got it took care then after I diagnosed it myself. I also diagnosed some other stuff they was supposed to check for me but claimed nothing else was wrong , but its not covered by warranty so I will go somewhere else an get it took care off. All of my previous visits up there for repairs on my other vehicles was took care of but after this trip I am very disappointed an dont plan to be back. More
The sales dept(Jesse) is great. Chris in service is great. Had some trouble with Quick lube..voice mail call back did not respond, so i went in, and Daniel was terrific. I love my Ford Focus.. I was stranded three times. Took two trips to resolve the problem. Quick Trip diagnosed prior day incorrectly. Second trip to main service dept corrected problem.
