My New SUV from Courtesy Ford Lincoln of Rome Ga. I have been comparing different SUV for about 3 months now. I have been using the cars.com to find the SUV that we like. I would put in what I like and Mr. Joe Flanigan responded to my E-Mail request in just minutes. I have had several E-Mails back and forth with Joe. I went to Courtesy Ford and meet with Joe and he went to work to get me the best price that he could. I was proved for a loan in just a few minutes. I told Joe what I wanted, and he found the SUV about 4 hrs. away. We agreed on price and made the deal, I like dealing with Joe because he lissen to me and did not try to pressure me in anyway. I will recommend this dealer ship to my friends. Ever one loves our NEW SUV and wanted to know if I got a good deal and would recommened them. In all fairness, I must update me prior review of this vehicle service to say, "I am very pleased with the service manager and his team for stepping up to the plate to extend the added customer service in bringing my vehicle back to life. They even took the initiative to look beyond the initial vehicle issue to inform me of possible other issue(s). More

It is very scary when you are a widow (female) & you're told it's going to cost more to repair your car than you can afford Especially when the car is old. He took control & I knew then that GOD has sent me an ANGEL!! I am proud to say when I left I drove away in a 2014 Ford FOCUS. OH MY GOD I am so blessed and your dealership is so blessed to have Mr. Joe FLANAGAN. Now there was another ANGEL I can't leave out the one who worked out the finances I know I heard his name but I'm at a loss to recall it; but the two of them restored my faith in man. I shopped online for a truck. I stay busy so I had to make an appointment a week ahead. Joe Flanigan emailed me and called me to confirm my appointment and had the truck I came to test drive ready. WOW what an easy purchase this was. I found the car I was interested in online and emailed to get details. Joe replied to me much faster than I expected. I was in the market for a new car and the Ford Escape was the car I had been wanting. I talked to a salesman back in Dec and told him what I was looking for. I was under the impression that he would find me that car-never happened. I let it ride for awhile and then I started looking on the internet and was looking for some prices. I received an email and a phone call from Joe Flannigan to give him a call back. I called him on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday never thinking that I would walk out of there with the purchase of my new car. I told him about the previous experience I had and he wanted to know what I was looking for and after I told him, it was only a short time and he came back and told me that he had found me a car. I had told him what kind of payments I would like and he and Rickey took it and ran with it . They had paper work and everything handled in record time I was totally amazed. I was nervious about this major purchase. Joe was very take charge while being very friendly and helpful and courteous. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Joe has told me to call him about any concerns or questions that I might have. The way that he handled my purchases and his overall attitude leads me to have total confidence that if I need him he will be available to me. I found a vehicle online I wanted to take a look at it, however living over an hour from the dealership, I called and spoke with Joe. He told me that he would pull the keys for me until I got there. My husband and I arrived and the vehicle was pulled to the side of the building waiting. Joe was very friendly and matter of factly.. He didn't try to sell us a car. He let the car sell itself...We took the test drive, and that is what we did... We have had credit issues in the past, but I was able to give them all our information, and within a couple of hours we were driving home in my new car. I don't like to be hounded by a sales person, and Joe was attentive, to our needs, and let us to come to him.overall it was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
