Guessing They Don't Care About Retired Vietnam Vets. Served In Marines, Air Force, Army, DOD. All Above Was Brought To Their Attention, Incl 2 Weeks Before Before Temp Tags Expired, Spoke W/Jon Headrick General Mgr, Sales Rep Josh, Left Messages, NEVER Returned Call(s)We Always Had To Initiate Follow-Ups. Left Message Last Friday About Rebate, Never Called Back Yet, Told My Wife They Would Not Due To Historical Trending Dealing w/Them. Me & My Wife Are Retired Senior Citizens, My Wife Is Not In Good Health, Pace Maker & Defibrillator& Insulin Dependent +Medication, She Did Not Need This Kind Of Treatment/Stress. My Wife Is a Sweet Lady!. This Was Our 1st New Vehicle Purchase Ever, $43.7K Filed Official Complaint Today w/Ford Corp, COURTESY Ford Rome GA, My Wife Conducted All Of The Purchasing Negotiating. U Might Have Better Results If Not Paying/Cash-Certified Check. This Is Not The Only Ford Dealer In Area, They Are Privately Owned. Scammed by the dealer I made an offer on a truck contingent that the truck be in a 100% state of repair and the dealership agreed. When I showed up, two issues were promin I made an offer on a truck contingent that the truck be in a 100% state of repair and the dealership agreed. When I showed up, two issues were prominent. The first issue that was noticed was the tire pressure sensor fault. I asked that the reason for this code to be taken care of and they agreed. The second issue was a squealing belt(s). They agreed to take care of this issue as well. They were unable to complete repairs before I left the dealership and I agreed to take delivery on the truck the following week (6 days later). When I took delivery, the truck appeared to be ok. That afternoon, not long after receiving the truck, the tire pressure sensor issue resurfaced. The following day, the belt let go and cracked the fan shroud. I contacted the salesman and he said that a representative from the dealership would contact me. I waited until the following day and called back that resulted in me leaving a message. I tried contacting the dealership everyday after that and nobody from management ever returned my phone calls. I finally called the bank to find out that they had requested the funds from the loan. The bank representative called and we spoke with a gentleman named John. He assured me that he would call me back that day to have the truck picked up. I asked that they return the funds and accept the truck back. He insisted on another attempt on them fixing the truck. They have not called me back nor answered my calls since then. In short, they scammed me into a truck they should have never sold and that I am stuck with. More
Salesman lied to us! We purchased a used vehicle 2016 Ford Focus this vehicle only had twenty thousand miles on it. We ask the salesman if this vehicle had ever been in th We purchased a used vehicle 2016 Ford Focus this vehicle only had twenty thousand miles on it. We ask the salesman if this vehicle had ever been in the shop before and he said no. We only had put 600 miles on the vehicle and it started making a noise and jerking. We found documentation in the car from the other owner that it had been in the shop once before. We contacted the sales manager and told him what was going on and he said to bring it to service department and he would do anything he possibly could to help us and he would contact the service department and let them know that we were coming in. Well we went to the service department and they were as nice as they could be but the sales manager had not contacted them whatsoever. We found out that they have to replace the clutch in the car and that the car had been in the shop twice before. We are very upset with this sales team and would not recommend them at all to buy a new car or used car. We were lied to not once but three times. More
Very disappointed Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience. More
