From the very beginning all the way to the end, each person I spoke with was extremely courteous. I took my car here after it sat at another dealership for over a week. The service person was rude and said he didn't get any codes so nothing was wrong. I told him when the car was brought in that it was not giving a code despite stalling out. When I returned later to get the car the mileage had not moved much even though I told them it acts up after being driven long enough to get up to operating temperature. The car broke down driving home again exactly the way I described it to the service guy Chris. I'll never buy a car there nor will I let any of my friends or family buy a car there. More

Beyond Expectations I live in Knoxville TN and prior to now have never had a reason to shop outside this or any other city I've resided in. That said, nothing about this transaction was typical; I was looking for a very specific, very limited, hard to find vehicle...I had a vehicle to trade that I needed a certain minimum price for...I wasn't interested in financing and had a maximum "out the door" price that I couldn't exceed. As time passed I kept upping my search range and one day there it was - THE CAR! Not only what I wanted, it was one of the two colors I "had to have" and had way below average miles. So, on Thursday evening June 20th I emailed the dealer, let them know I was interested and specified all the terms I needed. I was surprised to have a response from Patrick Bagley in my email when I logged in the following morning. To make a long story a little shorter, I had a proposal within 24 hours of seeing the car online. While it was roughly $300 above what I said I needed, it was actually better than I expected (and of course I had low-balled my number). Above all, it was FAIR. I honestly couldn't complain. "Beyond Expectations" sums it up; the terms I needed, the distance involved, the mutual trust necessary in dealing with people that have never met and cars that neither had ever seen. In the end it was as easy as any car buying experience I've ever had (easier than most!). Patrick was a pleasure to work with, super nice guy, totally accommodating. I can't say I'll be going back Lol, but hey you never know. I can't say I won't either.... Mike More
