Forth time to put truck in shop over a week first time next time two weeks then went back said wiring harness need replace a roll of tape would fix it cost $1300 still not fix this time it in for a week c next time two weeks then went back said wiring harness need replace a roll of tape would fix it cost $1300 still not fix this time it in for a week call to check on progress guess what they on vacation be back in a week another week or two delay would i recommend this NO More

Had a truck at the dealership for 4 Months with promises to fix for a starting problem and it was excuse after excuse. They gave it back to us and 3 weeks later it was back in the shop same issue. More excu to fix for a starting problem and it was excuse after excuse. They gave it back to us and 3 weeks later it was back in the shop same issue. More excuses parts etc. Now 4 months later still no vehicle. Worst service ever. More

I had been trying to get warranty work done by this dealership since October 6,2021. Finally had an appointment for 2/28/22. They had not started work on 3/7/22. Had to have local police 👮♂️ inform dealership since October 6,2021. Finally had an appointment for 2/28/22. They had not started work on 3/7/22. Had to have local police 👮♂️ inform them to release my car. No work was performed on my car. They tried to charge me for a battery on 3/8/22 when I picked up the car. I refused to pay for a battery. Auto Zone, Turner MCall Blvd Rome, tested the battery and alternator. Neither was defective on 3/8/22. More
