I am a loyal Ford owner and wanted to downsize from the Escape. Scott showed me my options and did his best to make a good deal for me. When the new registration plates came in, Scott installed them on the car for me! I am very happy with my experience at this dealership, as I was happy with the Ford dealership in Vermont where I had purchased several vehicles. I won't hesitate to return for service or if I decide to buy a new car. I will ask for Scott. More

I had a terrible experience at the other Ford locations...so terrible that I went straight to a Toyota dealership and was minutes away from purchasing a Tundra instead of a F-150. After driving to lunch we saw Courtesy and decided what the heck we'll try one more Ford dealership before signing the papers. I’m glad I did, Scott was a great salesman...not your ordinary pushy know what you need/want sales guy, just straight facts and real customer service there to listen to what YOU really want. I was so pleased with the service, price and everything really. If you’re looking for a great ford at a great price you will have to meet up with Scott Driessen, I’m positive that he’ll exceed your expectations and go above and beyond, he did for me. For me the thought of stepping on to the lot of a car dealership was worse than having a root canal, which is probably why my husband and I have kept our vehicles for so long. BUT, I have to say our experience with Courtesy Ford was surprisingly pleasant. Our salesman June Jermany, was friendly & knowledgable. When we arrived the car was at the door ready for a test drive. He showed us all the options on the car and some basic instruction on the navigation system. We had shopped around quite a bit and were very pleased with the price June offered for the car. Yousif in finance was very friendly and we are very satisfied with the interest rate on the financing. He presented us with the extended warranty packages and explained each one. Prior to our arrival at the dealership, my husband and I had discussed that we would not accept the offer of adding on any additional warranties, but when we discovered how good they are we decided to accept all three. They are almost too good to be true but if the warranties cover everything they saw then it is a great value. We are very excited about our beautiful new car and absolutely love it. For the first time I can honestly say that I would recommend a car dealership to a friend....that dealership would be Courtesy Ford More

Then I tried Courtesy as my last ford dealership and was disappointed I didn't go there FIRST. I got exactly what I wanted here and even got a lot of extras. It felt as if they tried to do everything they could to help you out and then some. So if you looking for the best prices, friendly staff, and HONESTY go to Courtesy Ford they'll definitely get you set up. More
David was very commited to helping me find a car from the minute we called. He seemed very genuine about getting me in a car that I would enjoy, not just 4 wheels to drive out of the dealership. I had been looking for a family car for a couple months where I live in Washington, with little success. The majority of dealers I went to were pushy, friendly if they thought they could close a deal, and had poorly maintained used cars. There were budget and family friendly used cars out there, but it was difficult to find one that screamed "buy me!" Discouraged and wondering if we would find a good car, my fiance and I were delighted to stumble on Courtesy Ford's inventory on the internet. Their prices were great, and after calling them up, I was very pleased that they were able to work with me on the price of the car I was looking at (2006 Mercury Milan). There was only one challenge though. I live 170 miles away from the dealership! I was very interested in the car, but it was difficult to find time to cart the family all the way down there. Like heroes to the rescue though, Anthony from sales drove the milan 3 hours to my house, with someone following him to drive him back. With no strings attached, no commitment to buy, nodda. I was rather shocked. Anthony arrived with the car late in the evening. The Milan was beautifully detailed and serviced, drove perfectly, and was very comfortable. Happily, I sat down at my kitchen table, filled out the paperwork, and bought the car :) After having it for a month, I am still super happy with it, and everyone I talk to is always amazed at the price and service I received from Courtesy Ford! I was in the market to purchase a used pickup for towing. I was met and greeted with exceptional hospitality. Scott was not the normal pushy saleman I was used to. I had no intention of buying a pickup on my first visit, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Scott and felt very secure with my choice and purchase. Scott also called me personally over the first few months to make sure that all my expectations with the vehicle were met, and to see if there were any problems that needed to be fixed. David is not your basic salesman. He takes the time to listen to what YOU what in a car, what YOU can afford and goes from there , NOT DOING WHAT SO MANY OTHER SALESMAN DO! ( take you for a ride! ) So are you ready to hear the great news? We now own a 2012 Boss 302! Can you believe it!?
