This is my second SUV purchased from Clyde. A year ago I needed a safe, useful for my life style, something that my adult handdicaped son could get in and out of, at a resonable price. I loved it.But,it came to a point that it was costing me to much, had not purchased any thing for nine years due to medical problems, so.....a HIGH interest rate.And not so great mileage. So I called Clyde, told him my problem, he said give him a couple of days. Sure enough two days later, You notice NO BUMS RUCH to put me in ANYTHING, He found me just what I NEEDED. A pretty silver, loaded just like my Explorer, 08 Escape. Now that I have driven it for a week, I LOVE IT! He also followed up with a phone call to make sure I did not have any other questions. When I was ready to make a purchase, I called Jason and he gave me all of the time I needed to ask questions over the phone. Having a toddler and a child does not make car buying a fun experience. This was not the case with Courtesy Ford. Jason treated us like family and made us feel welcome, stayed at the dealership long after closing to help finish things up, and did not make us feel pressured at any point along the way.
