I was very pleased with my experience with Mark Delaney at Courtesy Ford. I had spoken with Mark back in December and felt very good about my conversations with him. When it was time to make the decision at Courtesy Ford. I had spoken with Mark back in December and felt very good about my conversations with him. When it was time to make the decision about the purchase of my new Escape, I knew I wanted to contact Mark and work out a deal. He was very comfortable to deal with and carefully showed me the options of vehichles available that might fit my needs. He helped to make my purchase flow smoothly and quickly. Sam, the Finance Man stepped in and took care of the paperwork and I was ready to go before I knew it. It is so nice to feel so comfortable about making a major purchase. I was treated with respect throughout and would not hesitate to relate my excellent experience to a friend. Thank you for treating me so well. More
I drove by Courtesy Ford and decided to look what cars they had available. Scott was very helpful. He showed me almost 50 cars (almost :), we test drove a few. We stopped into Courtesy Ford today, after having checked out 3 other dealers today. We were in the market for a wagon and were on kind of a tight budget, and no one really had anything that worked for us. out 3 other dealers today. We were in the market for a wagon and were on kind of a tight budget, and no one really had anything that worked for us. At Courtesy Ford we found a 2003 Subaru Outback Wagon, listed on the lot for $9300. This was the decked out LL Bean edition, with all the bells and whistles. David worked with us on the price, and in the end we walked out with it for only $7500 (including some free repairs!). Highly recommended! More
I had never bought a car from a dealership before coming to courtesy ford and my skepticism and nervousness must've been apparent.. David Hughes was not only supportive and informative, but honest and strai to courtesy ford and my skepticism and nervousness must've been apparent.. David Hughes was not only supportive and informative, but honest and straight forward with me every step of the way. The entire staff really listened to my needs and wants and got me into a great used vehicle at a price I could afford. I traded in my beloved 1972 dodge dart and was sad to let it go, but David gave me a great trade in value and explain things in a way that made me feel I was dealing with anything but a 'used car salesman.' I would recommend courtesy ford to anybody who has never dealt with a dealership before. The staff is friendly and honest, without pulling any punches, and when I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle I know exactly where I can go for the best deal in town. More
Researched on the computer for vehicles, had not looked at vehicles for approx 10 years. Narrowed it down to a few, the Fusion being one of them. Through my internet searching I received a call from Cou at vehicles for approx 10 years. Narrowed it down to a few, the Fusion being one of them. Through my internet searching I received a call from Courtesy Ford (Anthony), along with a couple of other calls. Went in to Courtesy, Anthony was out, ended up talking with June & going over some items, test drove a Fusion & a Corolla-(did not like the size)was looking for a bigger car than my Ford Escort. Spoke with Mark, he asked me a few questions & gave me some info for thought. Talked with June some more, he came up with dollar figures. Ended up taking the Fusion home overnight. Brought Fusion back, still wanted to look at a Sonata & do a little more research. Told them that I was not going to buy the first car that I looked at. Went elsewhere, test drove a Sonata & a Taurus-(nice, but more money than I was looking at spending). Did more research on the Sonata & the Fusion. Decided that I wanted a sterling grey metallic Fusion with the sunroof & spoiler. Received calls from both June & Anthony, regarding cost, rebates & % on a loan. Went back to Courtesy & purchased the vehicle with Anthony. He took me through all the steps, handed me over to Sam for the paperwork, then Sam handed me back to Anthony to finish up going over the vehicle. I felt everyone to be very friendly & willing to answer any questions. Took vehicle over to Bob to get my protective coatings done (glass & body), rental car was there, Bob was very pleasant. Stopped by after I got my car back from Bob, & Mark synced my new phone up. Just received a call from Anthony checking up on me, & asking if I had purchased a different phone so we could see if the sync system was working correctly with my new phone as verbally it was not clear at all with syncing it up with my other phone. Told him I would stop by Sat as the service dept had my gps suction device for the windshield that I left in the rental car that I drove. Overall I felt the experience was very good. More

I came in with my significant other on June 15th to simply test-drive some trucks and get a feel for what we wanted. We were greeted very courteously by Scott Driessen who helped us in picking out the simply test-drive some trucks and get a feel for what we wanted. We were greeted very courteously by Scott Driessen who helped us in picking out the truck we absolutely loved. I was very specific in telling Scott that we really did not have a lot of money saved, and were working on our credit. He asked us to come inside and just see what the numbers would come back like to see where we were. After speaking with Brian Ronstadt and Uriah Beltran, Scott came back with some numbers. They were far from our reach (I believe it was originally $6000 down) but after negotiating to $2,000 down and $500/month, we were assured by all three members this would work and not to worry, so much so that we left with the truck that night. They were aware of everything, our down payment, our trade in that we still owed $1400 on, but Brian said we would receive no less then $2000 for, and what we could afford monthly. Uriah also spoke with us and told us even though he had to play "devils advocate" he felt we had a great chance at getting this deal, and again, reassured us not to worry. Even as we were pulling things out of our the trade-in we were told one way or another we would stay in that truck, and that they only wanted to see us with it (which now we realize was just the typical salesman “bs”) but we felt confident, and took their advice not to worry. A couple days went by and I had called a few times to check the status (which I have printed and highlighted documents from Verizon showing each and every time I called the dealership over the past week to “check in” since we still had paperwork to do) of our deal, and was told that the sales manager was on vacation at Wells Fargo who they were working with, so just to enjoy OUR new truck, and again, not to worry, they just had to iron out some details. Another day goes by and we get a call from Brian, telling us if we could get a co-signer, this would be a done deal, something we had already told all three of the men we had worked with was pretty much out of the question to begin with. Therefore, I called Scott to ask him what was going on. He informed me that anyone over 18 would do, even if they had blemishes on their credit, because we were just THAT close to being financed. OK. We called around, and as we had told them we got, "NO" "NO" "NO"....etc. I called Wells Fargo to ask about this and they informed me that they never told Courtesy we needed a cosigner...interesting. Called Brian back, he said we did in fact need one, but they only had to be on for 5-6 months max (something I had never heard of, but ok.) After finding this out, we were able to talk my boyfriends dad into cosigning on the agreement, as told by Brian, it would be for no more then 6 months if we paid on time. Brian spoke with his dad, took his information, and told me WORD FOR WORD on the 18th, "everything looks great, he has good credit, steady auto history, enjoy your weekend" because with him as a co-signer our down payment and monthly payments would now be less and we would be in contact early the next week. I cannot tell you how thrilled we were! Started doing some work on the truck, sold the tailgate to my father for his truck, took the truck to show friends and family, made an appt to have the canopy removed, etc. We waited until middle of last week to call and ask what was going on since we hadn't heard from anyone at the dealership, where I originally asked for Uriah, who sent me to Brian, who I had to leave a voicemail with, and then was contacted back by Scott (which was slightly annoying given the runaround). Anyhow, Scott now informs me that we have hit a bump, and it looks like the co-signer was not as great as Brian had told us, and we would either need another co-signer, another $2000 down (making it $4000) or look at other trucks. We were APALLED! After everything we had been told about “not to worry” “everything is great” “just waiting on the final numbers from the bank”, complete and outright LIES! Now, the only argument Brian could give us is, he never said the word "finalized". Sorry, that is xxxxxxxx. We would have gladly looked at other trucks they might have had, had we been told the TRUTH upfront! Scott and I set up a time to meet on Saturday the 25th to discuss this, but late Friday night we received a call we needed to help with family business Saturday so I sent Scott an email asking to meet Monday instead. I did not think this would be an issue, as he did not sound urgent about us coming in right away on the phone, just whenever we had time. I then, very rudely, was told by Brian they never received an email, and he would know since he is Scott's supervisor and can see all his emails. I sent it Friday night, the 24th, at 10:52p.m.and have a printed copy of it with all the information! Saturday afternoon rolls around and I received two voicemails, as my phone was off while helping my family, asking where I was and why I skipped our meeting. When I listened to my voicemails later that day, I called the dealership right away to clear up the matter. Scott was unavailable and the receptionist asked to take a message. I asked her to please have him call me and that I also sent him an email if he would like to read that over before contacting me, because at this point I was in no mood with how we had already been tossed and played around with to be spoken to rudely YET AGAIN! I never received a call back until Saturday LATE evening from Brian’s personal cell phone at 9:30pm, where he left a voicemail saying that since we skipped out on our meeting they wanted the truck back right away, or they would be getting it back at our expense the next morning (very threatening tone) Again, we were absolutely appalled! At this point we had done NOTHING wrong, I had done everything they asked. It was clear that NOBODY in the company communicated, because had they, they would know that Scott is telling us we can still get it and to mill it over and we’ll see what we can do, while Brian is basically accusing us of trying to steal the xxxx truck. I got ahold of Brian on his cell phone at 9:40p.m. Saturday night, where I informed him I did not know what he was so angry and worked up about, because when I spoke with Scott he was very casual about us coming in to talk since one way or another, we were again reassured, we would get to keep OUR truck. He told me that at this point even a co-signer with excellent credit probably wouldn’t do the trick (again, appalled after what we were previously told) and that if we couldn’t get the extra $2000 down he wanted the truck back. I told him I would talk to my boyfriend and get back to him, to which he told me he would just call me Monday. Monday came around, my boyfriend had told me basically to xxxx with them after lying so much to us about this deal (keep in mind we had now had the truck almost 2 FULL WEEKS!) and to take it back and get our trade-in back (which was already listed on their website for sale) and we would take our business elsewhere. I told Brian this, he told me to come in within the hour then to trade back, we did. We now have our original vehicle back and have found another truck at another dealership we are very pleased with and LO AND BEHOLD, are being honest with us about the process! We are still in complete and utter disbelief with this company, epecially after all the good reviews. To top it off, we recieved a "thank you for purchasing your new truck" letter from the manager of Courtesy Ford! xxx?! Unbelievable. We are also in the process of reporting with the better business bureau, as we saved all documentation and voicemails, and some recordings, of the lies we were told from the sales team. Do what you want, I'm sure they can get you into a vehicle, and they have mostly great reviews, not sure what the xxxx happened with us but they have ruined any chance of business with us or our friends and family for life! And like I stated, I am not just blowing smoke out of my @$$, I have records of everything proving the lies we were told. Again, almost 2 WEEKS we had the truck. Ridiculous!!! More
This was the third new vehicle we have purchased from Courtesy Ford. We also had my mother purchase a vehicle. Anthony St. John sold us three of the cars (within a six month period). He is a wonderful Courtesy Ford. We also had my mother purchase a vehicle. Anthony St. John sold us three of the cars (within a six month period). He is a wonderful addition to the Ford Team and we really like working with him. He knows his Fords and makes us feel very welcome at Courtesy. He goes out of his way to be helpful and we did not want to deal with any salesperson except Anthony. We appreciate the honesty of Courtesy Ford and never once did we even consider going to another dealership. We are recommending Courtesy Ford to our friends and especially recommending Anthony as a salesperson. More
