She found a vehicle for me that day and I purchased it the next. There was no "haggling" over price, I indicated what I expected for my trade in and she made it work. This is the first automobile sales experience that did not take hours and hours with the sales person running back and forth with prices between myself and the manager. Very professional and efficient work in the finance department. Paper work was filled out quickly and since I was not taking out a loan for my car, this step took less than an hour. Sam was very friendly, explained everything I was asked to sign, and provided helpful information regarding extended warranty and service policies. All in all, this was a very pleasant and exciting experience. I went to Courtesy Ford to drive a Ford Escape so that I could say I drove one and didn't like it. Clyde greeted me and my family, and was so nice and helpful right off the bat.
