Extremely Disappointed I had my 2007 Ford Mustang in beginning of November for a brake change and an airbag recall. They claimed to have inspected the car and everything was good to go. They said the brakes didn't need to be changed. I get my car back and the back taillight was out, even though they were supposed to change it. Sooo, I had to bring my car right back the same day after I picked it up. The same day, my car barely turned over when starting. Two weeks later the car wouldn't start. The battery and alternator were out, so much for inspecting my car! I paid for an inspection. They clearly did not inspect it. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't replace the airbag recall, either. So, my car was just back at the dealership, where they said this time that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Except a few weeks ago they said they didn't need to be replaced and they were in good condition. I barely put 25 miles on the car between the few weeks between the two visits. You can't tell me my brakes wore out in two weeks and a few miles. That's absolute BS. They replaced my alternator and battery, I wouldn't be surprised if they put in used parts after the first BS visit. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! I will be leaving as many reviews on sites to warn other people. The fault clearly lies at least with the first technician. Their name is not on the paperwork, only the service advisor. And if the dealer cares to look it up, the first visit was on invoice 955995 and the second was 958186. More

During the purchase, my sales representative was very helpful in finding a car. My sales rep understood the limits of my budget and didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing a different type of car. He was able to answer all of my questions, allowed me to test drive it and discuss the purchase with members of my family. I even worked with the company’s COO who was at the Portland location at the time. When I purchased the car, there was an open recall on it which they fixed in the service department. The car had just arrived and needed to be detailed and some additional work done on it before I could take it. Not only did I not have to pay for any of this work but they also gave me a wonderful loaner car until my car was ready to be picked up. When I was waiting for the parts for my car and the work to be done, my sales representative called me almost daily with updates as soon as he knew them. I felt incredibly well cared for, and trusted that my car was in good hands. I would absolutely purchase a car from this dealer again, and would recommend them to others. Courtesy Ford understands the value of a happy customer and did everything they could to ensure that I had a wonderful car buying experience with them. More
Terrible Service! I bought a brand new 2013 Ford Focus and it has not ran correctly almost from the start. Regarding the latest issue, the clutch, I have been waiting for parts for over a YEAR, yes a YEAR! And when I questioned them about this they act as if I am being unreasonable wanting my car fixed so soon! Today I was told it was not my turn....not my turn??? I just wanted to know when the parts would be in, instead I was given a lecture on how other people have waiting much longer than me. Wow, that's encouraging, thanks for that bit of information Robbie, so helpful! For anyone else having trouble I recommend calling Ford Motor Company Customer Care Service at 1-800-392-3673 and lodging a complaint. The transmission has not worked correctly since the day I bought it. And what is worse is that they knew of the clutch problem all along and still sold the cars without mentioning the problems they were having! More

I didn't have the feeling that they were honest at any point. I bought new from them anyways because my dad wanted to buy from them because we've bought other vehicles there. He didn't get a referral fee like they said they would. The paperwork at signing didn't reflect free services as promised. They delivered the wrong car and wasted another full day on that mistake. Was overall disappointing because our family has bought there before and we have sent family and friends there. More

HIDDEN DOOR DAMAGE ON A NEW F150 WE LIVE IN TACOMA WA AREA .WE HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2016 FORD F150. WE HADE SEVERAL ISSUES AFTER WE RENTED A ONE WAY CAR AND DROVE DOWN TO PICK WE LIVE IN TACOMA WA AREA .WE HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2016 FORD F150. WE HADE SEVERAL ISSUES AFTER WE RENTED A ONE WAY CAR AND DROVE DOWN TO PICK UP OUR TRUCK WE HAD SET UP TO PURCHASE. MY GIRL FRIEND WAS PRE APPROVED AT BECU CREDIT UNION, WE ASKED FOR A PURCHASE ORDER SO WE COULD BRING DOWN A CHECK IN HAND. THEY SAID WE DIDNT NEED IT AND THE HAD IT ALL SET UP AND READY FOR US. WE DROVE ABOUT THREE HOURS , WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WAITED OVER AND AND A HALF JUST TO GET INTO THE FINANCE MANAGER. THEN IT WAS DOWN HILL FROM THERE.. THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING TOWARD S GETTING THE PAPERWORK DONE FOR BECU PURCHASE. THEY STARTED THE WHOLE THING FROM SCRATCH. THEY RAN MY GIRLFRIEND CREDIT WHEN WE TOLD THEM NOT TO SHOP HERE CREDIT AROUND. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DROP A CHECK AND SIGN AND GO. SO. FINALLY THEY RELEASE THE TRUCK TO US. (NOT CLEAN AND READY WE SENT IT BACK TO GET IT ACTUALLY CLEAN) WE DROVE HOME AND NOTICED A DOOR REPAIR AND A CRAPPY TOUCH UP JOB. WE ARE NOW IN TACOMA AND REALLY ARE JUST STUCK. I TOOK IT TO MY BODY SHOP HERE AND THE SHOWED US HOW BAD THE PANEL FIT WAS AND INSPECTED THE DOOR REPAIR. CALLED THE DEALER AND FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRUCK NOW HAS 220 MILES ON IT. I WAS TOLD THAT FORD WONT ACCEPT AND IMPUT FROM A NON FORD DEALER. SO OFF TO A LOCAL FOR DEALERSHIP. THE TACOMA FORD DEALER GOES ON AND ON ABOUT THE POOR PANEL FIT AND SHOWS ME HOW BOTH SIDES OF THE TRUCK ARE OUT OF ALIGNMENT. . JUST THE POOR DOOR REPAIR EXCEEDS $1000.00 NOT INCLUDING THE PANEL FIT ISSUES. COURTESY FOR RESPONSES ARE "WE SOLD YOU A TRUCK AT A GREAT PRICE, ILL SEND SOME DOOR EDGE GUARD UP, THEY WILL SEND UP TOUCH UP PAINT. ??? THEY DID OFFER TO COME UP AND GET THE TRUCK AND REPAIR IT,BUT THEY WONT FLAT TOW IT THEY WANT TO SEND A "PROFESSIONAL DRIVER" UP AND HAVE IT DRIVEN BACK AND FORTH. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY A FORD PRODUCT OUT OF STATE.IF THERE IS A ISSUE,YOU WILL REALLY BE STUCK...
