Warranty Dodgers I purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta ST in late July of 2017, which immediately began leaking water inside the interior when the fall weather hit. I initial I purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta ST in late July of 2017, which immediately began leaking water inside the interior when the fall weather hit. I initially took the car to the dealer I purchased it from, but got nothing but the run around-and additional damage to my vehicle as the result. I thought I’d try Courtesy Ford, at the suggestion of a friend, but they were not willing to even look at the car-never mind it only has 5,500 miles on it and leaks quarts of water inside the vehicle when parked at certain angles (such as my driveway, unfortunately). I drove to the dealer and met with Kerry Copeland, the Service Manager, who appeared concerned and asked me to email him the details. I emailed him the same day, but did not hear back from him. I followed up with him at 7 days, but received no response. I followed up again at 14 days, and again-no response. Anyone considering working with this dealer may want to take a hard look at their expectations for professional conduct needs, in addition to whether Courtesy Ford will be willing to address new car warranty concerns. No response to my issue in over two weeks speaks volumes, in my opinion. More
