Terrible non responsive customer service. I have contacted each Rick Boyer and Kerry Copeland and got no response. I have taken the matter directly to Ford and they say contact the managers. I have contacted each Rick Boyer and Kerry Copeland and got no response. I have taken the matter directly to Ford and they say contact the managers. Obviously this is loop to be in until I give up. Service writer turnover is so high they have at least one service phone that goes unanswered. When the first round of Ford in The Philippines turned me over to Sherry Gaylord she basically called me a liar. Never, Never shop or service here. More

Great Customer Service I had my Truck serviced here in 2016 it was a major repair, they had to keep my truck for a couple of days , without me even asking they got me a rent I had my Truck serviced here in 2016 it was a major repair, they had to keep my truck for a couple of days , without me even asking they got me a rental car no cost to me. Upon picking up my truck I was in and out knowing exactly what work had been done on it, I was told if there were any problems bring it back immediately and they will take it in there were no more problems they fixed it the first time. I traded my truck and purchased a vehicle and had to bring it into service for some minor stuff, again I had received great service with the same friendliness of the staff. I had to have a rental car because of the length of time it was going to take to check everything out and repair. They made arrangements for a rental car once again. This type of service not having to plead with them to get a rental is fantastic, didn't have to worry about being left with no vehicle. I will continue to utilize Courtesy Ford service department for my vehicle because of their commitment to their customers. More
