It was a good experience. The last time I bought a car I went through a car buying service. Therefore, it had been a long time since I had dealt with a dealership. I already had a car and price in mind and Courtesy had the car and the price quoted was in the range. The sales associate, Jacob Bolin, was friendly, informed, and low key. I never felt any pressure from him or the financial agent. It was a good experience. Only drawback was the fact that I found out the car has a recall on it. This should have been handled by the dealership before they sold the car. Small inconvenience. More

Great Service on Ford Escape I brought our Escape in for an oil change and to have a rattle checked out. Found and replaced a bad schock absorber and also identified a couple of o I brought our Escape in for an oil change and to have a rattle checked out. Found and replaced a bad schock absorber and also identified a couple of other potential problems. These were taken care of and, while it took a bit longer than I had planned, we now have our tow vehicle in top shape for the camping season. And everything but the oil change was covered under the warranty. More
