I had 3 hours of work done on my Ford Cmax at this dealership service department. They changed the oil and put in an oil filter and flushed my systems. No spark plugs. No tire rotation. I was charged $1250. in total. That's $400. an hour for labor for simple 50,000 mile maintenance. I will not be taking my car back to these people. I am sorely disappointed. More

Worst post sale dealer experience I have had across 6 brands and 14 cars of ownership. Every single time the oil service has been booked in its a 3-4 day experience to get it sorted out. Sherry in service made it sound today that she is doing me a favor for scheduling pickup and loaner car because she is going on vacation until next Wednesday. If you're the GM of this facility you need to take a long hard look at the people working for you because some are really worthless. More

I recently found out they did not change the transmission filter while changing the transmission fluid. I communicated with three technicians and watched YouTube videos with Technicians saying the filter sho filter while changing the transmission fluid. I communicated with three technicians and watched YouTube videos with Technicians saying the filter should have been changed with the fluid. My vehicle is 10 years old. That's an old filter that could be full of metal shavings, degraded, clogged, etc. My guess is they were trying to save money and assumed I am too ignorant to know they are cutting corners. For a dealership that charges so much money they should be the best, yet after so many bad experiences, I know they are not. What makes this situation worse is they haven't responded to my email about why it wasn't changed. They seem to be trying to avoid the subject which is quite telling. If they don't replace the filter and make this right I will report them to the BBB, etc. Hopefully this will save others the stress and worry. Now I know why so many people call them the stealership. Horrible experience with service department, failed to inform us that it could be a week plus for work to be done, initially told me 1-2 days for the work. I do have a concern; the service was set for 10:00am for which I was early. The vehicle was not taken back for service until after 10:30. I had a zoom meeting I was suppose to be on at 12:00. I didn't get out with my truck until 12:30 making me late to the meeting. The service times seem to be rather lengthy. It would be great if I didn't have to plan on two hours for an oil change etc. Time is money and this is costing me. More
