Both of the Service reps were very friendly, helpful and professional. I also found the cashier to be equally friendly and professional when I paid for the service work on my Escape. More

Outstanding Service Dept. Took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for its first oil change (purchased this vehicle pre-owned a few months ago), an AWD alignment, an airbag recall install, Took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for its first oil change (purchased this vehicle pre-owned a few months ago), an AWD alignment, an airbag recall install, and to diagnose a very annoying rattle in the overhead canopy. Everything was done to a "T" and the vehicle now handles smoothly with nary a rattle, giving me full confidence in my decision to purchase this older vehicle. I've always had my other Ford vehicles serviced here, and they are meticulous in their workmanship, communications and doing the job right the first time. Well deserved Five Star rating! More

Three days later we noticed a small rock chip in the windshield. We called Jacob to let him know, Jacob along with Jill Kelly in the collision dept., arranged to have someone come to my work to fill the chip. When we had the car in for another service they realized the windshield would shattered if a certain type of product was added because of the rock chip. To my surprise when I picked up the vehicle I was told the they put a brand new windshield on the car. Jacob and his manager approved to replace the windshield because they promised us they would fix the rock chip. I was so surprised they did that! Their customer service is unmatched!! More
