Purchase of 2019 F350 1 ton Lariat Pickuip We have been working with Courtesy Ford to locate the subject truck with a list of desired features since November, hoping to obtain one without orde We have been working with Courtesy Ford to locate the subject truck with a list of desired features since November, hoping to obtain one without ordering one from the factory. We were about ready to order one when Jacob Bolin (our sales rep) found a truck similar to our desires but with extra features, for a price lower than originally quoted. It came up from Roseburg in two days after we signed our paperwork, and we were given an excellent orientation. Only two problems: 1. It came with a 2 1/2" receiver, so we had to investigate and purchase a 2" reducer to use both of our 2" drawbars. 2. The holes in which you place the chain hooks and brake release pin hook are shaped in narrow rectangles which made purchasing new hooks for both our trailers.(successful only after checking at three different stores). I think the designer at the factory needs to take a better look at this feature and change it for more versatility. . More
