Brian told me to go wait in the waiting room and he would notify me when the car was complete. 30 minutes later he called me to the desk and we went and settled the bill. Right off the bat any issue with the car was met with lip service and attitude by a man named Robbie. He has been so repeatedly rude to me, I travel to another state for my oil changes. Out of warranty, I finally decided to just pay out of pocket for the things causing complaints, ROBBIE IS STILL TOO INCOMPETENT & RUDE TO EVEN SCHEDULE THE AIRBAG RECALL SERVICE NEEDED. So, I'm unable to get a fair deal from this location due to their service department. I can't even pay extra to receive the quality expected for what I've already paid, that's how backwards and pompous the service department is. More

This guy is a liar and makes Ford look bad I took my car to Ford for a recall and they had it 2 months my car was stollen wrecked and had drug needles all over inside when it got recovered got I took my car to Ford for a recall and they had it 2 months my car was stollen wrecked and had drug needles all over inside when it got recovered got it back, this sob gave me a bill for $2,912 and cared none about the fact that the value of my car was less it was HIV possibly infected all my tools about $2,000 worth was missing and then some.....dont trust these people it was clearly a job from the inside n they still have my car because I dint have money to pay it I'm a single mom n pretty much their making my life xxxx...be careful..if u go to Ford in Portland....
