He answered all my questions and is very responsive to this day. In addition, all the people working at Courtesy Ford Lincoln that I met (from the receptionist, to Jeff the Manager, Jeff in finance, & Wills coworkers) we’re extremely customer focused, worked together well, and made my car buying experience actually enjoyable.
