Service Visit I had an oil change and tires rotated. Everything was done well with the service. No hassles, friendly service, relatively quick transaction Courtesy Ford had the car we wanted, we had the down payment and outstanding credit we needed, we were in and out in less than 4 hours. Brian Sterrett has been my 'go to' service adviser for most of that time. I just met Makayla on Friday, July 10th when I took my car in for it's service job. She assisted Brian (who was, as usual, very busy) and I really appreciated her professionalism combined with the 'personal touch'. I also want to compliment Courtesy Ford for following the CDC/State guidelines of personal distancing, limiting the numbers of people in the area and being careful by wearing & requiring masks. The Cashier's station has a barrier to protect, but it needs to be higher to protect her from taller customers who need to pay their bills. She did a great job of keeping back from the barrier to give plenty of space. More
