I live about an hour away from this dealership. I called about at truck they had listed on their site and the Ford's Inventory search said they had. As it was exactly everything I had been looking for, I took the afternoon off from work to go test drive it and likely purchase on the spot. While driving, I courteously called saying I'm almost there only hear "we'll I haven't checked yet on that one but we got something". I figured he meant it's out on another test drive or something. Once there, not only is the truck unavailable, it's supposedly weeks away. So why not try something else, I mean, I'm already in it due to a two hour round trip back home and have wasted some vacation hours. They had me test drive a XLT SuperCab as it supposedly is all the same to them. Due to Covid, they didn't ride along and I mentioned I wasn't familiar with the area. They told me just take it up I-84 east up one exit and that I'd figure it out how to get back to them if I got lost. They failed to mention that going back via I-84 west doesn't have an exit for them, only the east bound lane has an on/off. I end of getting stuck in stop/go traffic for an additional 20 minutes, having to go back to I-205 hop off at Sandy Blvd, then back on to 205 then 84 east to get stuck in traffic again. Sure, it's only 20 minutes but there is a big difference when you don't own the car you're driving and it's all unfamiliar. Once back they asked how it went and I said it doesn't matter it's not the truck I'm looking for. Paraphrasing, they gave me a "why the xxxx would you want that anyways" implying I'm an idiot for not wanting the Offroad package when I have no intention of using it and numerous online reviews say it makes for a worse ride for a daily commuter. They then pulled up some other full spec'd Rangers at Dealers 150+ miles away but they were a few grand out of my price range. "I can get that here in a week. Why wouldn't you want this extra tech package, etc. It's only a little more right!? ". No it's not and and he clearly didn't want to listen to I wanted. Somehow he didn't know how to use a calculator cause there was a few grand difference in options between the two as he kept pulling numbers out of the air about a trade-in I have to work with. I was to annoyed with him at this point I didn't feel like explaining math to him as either way the trade is still the same price off the sticker price which still leaves a few grand between what I want and whatever truck he was looking at. I said I was only interested in the truck I came here to see. Berating me "Well that's not an option and it might go quick." Yeah, I get it and chose to leave before I started feeding him some colored language. I've never hated a salesman so much, what a desperate SOB. He seemed nice on the phone so hopefully he improves his salesmanship and goes on to have a successful career. As of now, I can't recommend him or the dealership that hired him. More

We were able to get a next day appointment which was a real plus. Although a wrench light had come on the service dept. could not find anything wrong. When we picked up the truck the only glitch was our real plus. Although a wrench light had come on the service dept. could not find anything wrong. Was unable to start car due to dead battery on Sunday. Called in Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday. Monday afternoon, Service Advisor Edward Causey cancelled Tuesday service. I've never has a service appointment cancelled and was disappointed. Called in to reschedule, but Edward was not available. Customer Service transferred to available Service Advisor Jose Cabrera. Next available appointment was not until Thursday. Replaced battery in vehicle on Thursday. Service on Thursday was good. Only reason overall rating was 4 stars was due to cancellation of first appointment and length of time to get vehicle in for service. More
