On November 25th took my car to courtesy Ford I had problem with my radio they charged me $ 139 for diagnostic I ask them if they could check my reverse camera they said you need to pay another $139 an problem with my radio they charged me $ 139 for diagnostic I ask them if they could check my reverse camera they said you need to pay another $139 and they told me the module bad on the radio it will cost $630 plus labor the cost for new one on line it cost $186 it’s rip-off I will never go there anymore More
On october 28th 2020 I came in a purchased a used GMC Terrain on november 2nd I brought the car in as it would die when I would go to start it in the morning to let it heat up. When I brought it in I was told that they would need to keep it over night and was asked to wait in the lobby and someone would come bring me a loaner. After sitting there for 3 hours and not a single person acknowledging I was even there I went to the sales floor and asked if someone can figure out what’s going on. (As I was told by their employee to take the day off of work and bring it in and it will be addressed. When I got there no one knew about anything). So finally after sitting there for 3 hours Brian came out and told me I will get a call the next day about my car. I got the loaner and left after sitting there for hours. Then days go by and I never hear anything I reach out the courtesy Ford where I dropped my car off and was told that it was at Tonkin Chevy and that they were working on it because it needed a system update. Mind you in this time no one had called me to tell me anything about my car or that it was taken to a different dealership. Finally on November 18th i pick up my car in the evening and drive it home. The next day I’m driving my car and it hits 5000 RPM before the car will shift into gear and sounds like a jet engine. Also the original problem with it not wanting to stay started in the morning still wasn’t fixed because it still died. So I called courtesy Ford and said I was bringing it back I didn’t feel comfortable taking the car in that condition. So I dropped the car back off the 19th of November. At that time I was also told I would hear something the next day. Again no communication I didn’t hear from them so on Monday November 23rd I call and talk to mark (a sales manager supposedly) he assured me that they were going to call Chevy and that the service manager would be calling me right away. Here it is now November 27th another week after I dropped off my car and have heard nothing. I was told by their people the inspection wasn’t done correctly and when I mentioned that to mark that’s all he cared about not the fact that it’s almost been 30 days since I signed for a $16k loan on a car I had 3 days. This has been the most horrible service ever. I want to revoke my loan and I want to start over with a company that knows what customer service is. I shouldn’t be stuck with a lemon they sold me I haven’t even made my first payment and now it’s time to make a payment on a car I don’t have or drive and only had for 3 days. I want a solution no one should have this headache when they just bought a car from a supposedly reputable company. I feel like this an issue IQ credit union needs to know of also as that is who my loan is through. More
