We set a date for pickup, and everything was ready. It was a smooth process. I can't thank Cristian enough! I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick. The buying process was mediocre at best, unfortunately for them we had just bought my husband a new vehicle the day before from a different dealershi The buying process was mediocre at best, unfortunately for them we had just bought my husband a new vehicle the day before from a different dealership and they set the bar very high. The only reason I didn't was because they didn't have the make and model I wanted. There was no follow up call from sales to see how I liked the vehicle, nothing. That's not where it ends though. At a little over 200miles I had a check engine light come on. From the moment I called I was treated like low priority. They told me that I could bring it in and they would need 48hrs to assess. I asked about the courtesy pick ups and drop offs they advertised at signing and the service advisor said sorry just too busy. At drop off the one thing I asked for was communication, to please let me know when it was assessed, when troubleshooting was completed and so forth. I was NEVER contacted by anyone during the whole process unless I called several times and waited on hold. When I would speak with the service advisor he was condescending. My sales guy was also made aware of the problem and after the initial contact nothing from him as well. Luckily for them they were able to source the part and the repair was done quickly but that is besides the point. After I I got my car back and returned the rental, the rental company called stating the contract was never extended like I was told it would be and they needed to charge me. I had to call, yet once again to get this resolved. This was probably some of the worst customer service I've ever received, especially after a large purchase. More

Contacted them about a vehicle, a representative got back to me took a video of the vehicle. Talked about price, scheduled a time to view and test drive.
