The process took around 4 hours which was not bad considering we did not know what we wanted when we walked in. We looked at 3 models. Received a fair trade in value. If you are in the market for a Ford Truck, he is a superstar. His knowledge of the product is great. The entire dealership is clean, well represented with Ford product and a great environment. When it came to the sales experience, it was simple, professional and just overall pleasant. The Finance Manager, Sam Luu, is the best. He is professional, very knowledgeable and so eager to make sure his customers leave satisfied. I really loved this dealership and will certainly work with them many times in the future, as long as Ford keeps putting out great products. I was obviously leery of stepping through the doors of a dealership again, almost to the point I would have chosen a used car to avoid the hassle. I was pleased to have the experience I did at Courtesy Ford, which was not unpleasant in the least. I was fortunate enough to meet Jason on my first visit, and I knew immediately that he was the right fellow to work with. In a market where the sales cycle is fairly short, I have to say how impressed I was with his patience as I came back and viewed multiple different options over the course of a few weeks, all while juggling my wife and kids as I visited, etc. I also very much appreciated that there was a perceived lack of b*s coming from the other folks supporting Jason in the dealership. I understand clearly the motivations of the sales team, but they did not unduly push for decisions quickly, and as a result I bought the right car, for the right price. More
