About a year prior to purchasing my vehicle, I had visited Courtesy Ford looking for a small truck. They did't have exactly what I wanted, in my price range. When the Toyota Tacoma came in he called me right away, and let me know he had found me the perfect truck, He was right. He only knew that, because he really took the time to listen when I spoke about what I needed in a vehicle. Mark made the process so easy when I came in to look at the Tacoma, never pressuring me to buy it, explaining everything about the truck in detail, and made me feel so confident in my decision. During the paperwork process, the finance manager, Uriah, also made each detail clear to me, helped the everything go smoothly, and when I left, I knew I had made the right purchase.
