Courtesy Ford is always so kind and helpful when I drop my vehicle off for service. They listen to my concerns and make sure the service techs address my issues every time. The turn around on my service is my vehicle off for service. They listen to my concerns and make sure the service techs address my issues every time. The turn around on my service is always reasonable and fast based on what is required for the repair. They always communicate diligently while servicing my vehicle whether it is through a call or text message. I feel like there pricing is fair, I've had other service departments charge more then fair value for parts. Lastly, they offer a free lyft (assuming your within a reasonable distance) if you need a ride! You can't beat that kind of service. More
