They picked up our Navigator from our home for the exterior and interior coating and to find a leak in the sunroof. I love the fact I did not have to take the car in myself. We also received a loaner that was the same style as our Navigator so we did not feel like we lost our car. They fixed the leak and applied the coating and are returning the car shortly. The staffing at the Courtesy Ford Main Service Shop are always so professional! On Saturday, 3 of us went to QuickLane, but a sign on the door said QuickLane was closed on 1/25 due to staffing issues. We always so professional! We went to the Main Service Shop at Courtesy Ford, and Zach was the only employee working the desk. He is very professional, bends over backwards to ensure all the customers (including myself) are taken care of the right way the first time. The other service mechanics who did the service on my vehicle were also phenomenal! More

Put a deposit on a new F-150 from the factory. Had all the options I wanted and the perfect color. I wait a month for it to arrive, and get a call that it's on the lot. I'm 3/4 in to a 60 mile drive to go pick it up when the salesperson calls and tells me it's the wrong truck. Head back home. Another week goes by, another call. This time it's the right truck, but with an ugly paint defect on the passenger side a-pillar, and damage to the front bumper. Paint's going to be a MAJOR fix, so I refuse to take delivery. I ask if they can order me another truck just like it, but they won't because it's a '24 and they've already started building the '25 model. Best they can do, they tell me, is to try and find a "similar" one from another lot. I decline - I picked the one I did for a reason and was not willing to compromise on options. They just didn't try very hard to make it right, in my opinion. 2 wasted trips to Portland, got my hopes up for nothing, and on top of it all it took me a week to get my deposit back. I don't recommend. Update - so I get this response on Google reviews: "Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We would like the opportunity to find out how we can better assist you in the future. If you are willing, please contact us at your earliest convenience." I call the dealership as requested. Was promised someone would call me right back in the next 5 minutes. That was 3 days ago - I still haven't received a call back. More
