I brought my car in for new tires, an oil change, and for them to fix my A/C compressor. I was told the car would be available 3 days later on Monday and that they would keep my car over the weekend. The car actually finished on Friday, more than 4 days after I was quoted because their tire vendor didn’t show up. I was quoted for $3000 for all of that work which is insane considering the condition they left my car in. When I dropped off my car I had just got it detailed about a month prior and the condition was very clean. When I picked up my car this morning imagine my surprise when I found a slash directly through the shoulder of my passenger side seat, oil stains all over the back seat and seatbelts, and they didn’t even bother to fix the seat or put my mats back in their place. Not only that but it took them almost an hour to get the car pulled up to the bay, despite the repairs being complete the day prior. If you’re going to charge premium prices for your services, maybe practice a little care when repairing vehicles. I am absolutely outraged and I recommend that you avoid this Ford Lincoln at all costs to save both your time and money. More

I was actually at the Quick lane location / Courtesy Ford. I had a brake issue. seized up brake caliper. When I called they said bring it in and we'll get right on it ! In approx. 2.5 hrs.
