The staff was super friendly to the point o Dealer Experience Buyer beware is the best way I can describe my experience at Courtesy Ford in Conyers. The staff was super friendly to the point of “To good too be true” and that’s what happened. After the sale of the truck and finding some issues with it, I had to bring the truck back. The dealer is also 1.5 hours away. All they could say was that they needed Ford's approval for the repairs, 2+ weeks now with NO communication from the dealer. On top of all this, my Reward points for the truck were so graciously opted for a Protection Plan I didn’t request. I'm still sorting through my issues with the truck and the dealer but it shouldn't be this difficult with a new vehicle. Long story short, if you choose this dealership I wish you the best of luck. Honestly the deal on the truck was okay..... I called and they acted like they would help then set me up for an appointment two weeks later only to tell me sorry!!!! We don’t want to help you....... in the past the dealers I have dealt with were WAY better on stuff like this!!! I don’t recommend buying from them because they won’t help you if your vehicle has issues in the first week!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
