Problems getting parts but followed through Their service is good. They couldn't get parts they needed for a long time. There were a couple of knuckle heads working there but worked with 2 nice Their service is good. They couldn't get parts they needed for a long time. There were a couple of knuckle heads working there but worked with 2 nice sales guys, a good guy in parts and a few good guys in service. I bought some parts myself and one was the wrong part. They helped source the right one and shipped it directly to their shop. Im pretty knit picky and the mechanic did a good job. That reason in itself is worth going here. I have stumbled across quite a few dipxxxx mechanics in Grand Rapids. The only thing I can knock them for is not knowing and/or tackling the newest computer and radio projects ie rams stupid 80lb tire dash lights and the 'we can't upgrade the radio' line. More
