After many days of online/in person searching for a "new" used vehicle for my daughter, I finally had it narrowed down to about six additional vehicles to check out. My first stop was at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge on 28th Street, where I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Scott Sykes. He was the best! He went above and beyond to show me the vehicle I was interested in (it has just come in and was still at the detail shop); we took it from there for a short test drive, and I was sold. He made the purchase painless for me!! And freed up the rest of my day; I was done car shopping! Scott took car of everything for me, even getting the vehicle delivered half way; so I would not have to drive an hour back to GR to pick it up! I will definitely remember him when I am in need of replacing any further vehicles; and highly recommend him (and Courtesy CJD) to anyone shopping for a vehicle! More
