My wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Del Contreras at Courtesy Dodge. We had come 80 miles to do some shopping in Grand Rapids, when on a whim we stopped to look at used Wranglers. We had been looking for a late model with a manual transmission which we had been unable to find locally. We were introduced to Del and a Wrangler that was just what we had been looking for. Del went our of his way to make us what we felt was a fair deal. He then had the installation of a tow package expedited that afternoon while we went to lunch, thus eliminating the need for us to return to GR at a later date to pick up the vehicle. In addition he made arrangements to send a team member to our home the pickup the hardtop for our trade in Wrangler. Again saving us a 160 mile round trip. In summary, it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever experienced. Del and the team at Courtesy know what good customer service is all about. My 2006 Buick Lacrosse is a pretty car. It goes down the road smoothly, and is very quiet. It is missing many of the "extras" that I am used to, however.
