So I went in had the oil changed for free. Tech states bring the car in yesterday for a rack and pinion inspection. So I pay the 49.95 and they tell me that I have to pay 1300+ in repairs. He called the sales manager and he states used car over 30 days basically my issue. How is it they inspected this SUV called it used cerified when they sold it to me and did not notice this issue, I feel they need to take ownership on selling me a major repair like this so early on. Yes it used but DONT say Certified and claim to have inspected and made repairs. I believe they covered it up. I am super upset. More
