The dealership had an excellent inventory of vehicles, well organized showroom and a great cup of coffee. The sales associate, “Cowboy” was very helpful and knowledgeable on all models. I went to get my car serviced and ran into communication issues this dealership. I called and tried to get an update on my vehicle for service and a status of the recall. I attempted to get a hold of my ser issues this dealership. I called and tried to get an update on my vehicle for service and a status of the recall. I attempted to get a hold of my service advisor for 24 hours (throughout the day during business hours) and received no answer, event after leaving a voicemail. I attempted to call Sales and other departments repeatedly and still no answer. Finally the next day I was able to get a response from Sales/Reception and finally got transferred to my service advisor to ask about the vehicle and when I can pick it up. Also upon showing up to get my vehicle, I had to wait 30 minutes to be greeted, while in the meantime hearing other customer complaints at the service department. I also had a recall and no follow up to schedule another appointment when the parts come in. I was told to wait or call back in a few months if I don’t hear back. Lastly, I inquired about a rental car and was told they don’t have any available (understandably due to the recent hurricane). However I was told to reach out to Stellantis with no support or timing around how long I could potentially need a rental vehicle. Thankfully I didn’t require one. Customer service was very mediocre and would consider going to another Jeep dealership to do business. More
