I just wanted to find out how much they would give us on two trade ins for one new vehicle. I was kept there for over 5 hours and the numbers just kept changing. Back & forth... we went for hours. They fir two trade ins for one new vehicle. I was kept there for over 5 hours and the numbers just kept changing. Back & forth... we went for hours. They first said they could get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership, then began to push one of their inventory on me, which I clearly stated I did not want. Well, after I finally left, I felt I had wasted an entire day and that they were just doing what they could to confuse me & get me to take their car off the lot. Being female doesn't help in these situations, no matter what I said, they had a comeback. I don't know how these people can go to bed at night with a clean conscience. Watch out- typical greasy car dealers. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time. Lesson learned the hard way. More
I purchased an H2 for CASH. I was assured that the missing back seat and key would be given to me. Almost two months and countless inquiries later, I have neither. When I purchased the H2, I was t missing back seat and key would be given to me. Almost two months and countless inquiries later, I have neither. When I purchased the H2, I was told that the DEALER GUARANTEE would be in effect for 2 months or 2,000 miles. THREE WEEKS after purchasing the H2, the instrument panel malfunctioned. I had neither had the vehicle for 2 months, nor had I put 2,000 miles on it. In fact, I had only driven the vehicle 5 times. When I took the H2 in to repair the instrument panel, I was told that I was responsible for the $450+ repair bill. When I complained, I was told that the repair WASN'T COVERED under the dealership guarantee. In order to get my vehicle back, I was forced to pay 1/2 of the bill. I am waiting to hear back from the CEO regarding the seat, the key and the reimbursement for the repair. However, regardless of the outcome, I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. Nor would I recommend it....even to my worse enemy. More
Recently, I thought I purchased a 2001 PT Cruiser from Courtesy, Rick Stetson was the salesperson. He told me it was my lucky day the banks were there & could approve my financing. I thought I had secured Courtesy, Rick Stetson was the salesperson. He told me it was my lucky day the banks were there & could approve my financing. I thought I had secured financing & sign the documents with Kerry Hope, as the financial agent. Two weeks later, a tow truck turned up at my home to repo the car. When I called Courtesy & questioned Scott Bogdany, he said that my financing didn't go through & my employer said I didn't work there. But, for $500.00 more as a down payment I could have the car back. They never called my employer & I was never notified that the financing had not gone through by either the lender or the dealership, before they took the car back. Scott Bogdany gave me the original check back that I had written for the down payment. This dealership certainly knew what was going to happen when I drove that car off the lot. There also were discrepancies between the lender agreement & the agreement with the dealership on closer examination. This ranks in the top 10 used car scams. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!! More
