I was referred to Courtesy and Frank Diaz from a friend, and had an amazing experience at the Dealership. Frank showed us the car my son was originally interested in, and then showed us the value and integrity of the car we ended up purchasing. I am in sales, so I resist being "sold", and I never felt that Frank was using sales techniques or pressure at all. He knew his products, and quite honestly, he had me from "the Jeep retains it's value". After that, it was just finding the right Jeep for my son. Fabio Reyes was extremely fair (and patient) in putting the deal together, and Antonino was quite patient as well, and was able to get me the interest rate I was looking for. They are all very professional employees, and made our experience at Courtesy "A Perfect 10". I started with Courtesy via the internet. Within an hour of sending a request I had some information back from Kenneth in the internet department. I gave him an out the door number I was looking for.
