My salesman Mike Dunlap was great. He did a great job of showing me the different options and was very friendly. The dealership as a whole was very vague regarding price of the vehicle. If you were more straightforward on your pricing you would sell more vehicles. The original price brought to me was absurd. It was an insult and had Mike not been so friendly I would have left and gone to another dealership at that time. Mike is the only reason I bought from your dealership. My wife and I will be in the market for a new Grand Cherokee soon but I will take the time to visit other dealerships first to see if I can avoid the price runaround that I experienced this time.
