I started with Courtesy via the internet. Within an hour of sending a request I had some information back from Kenneth in the internet department. I gave him an out the door number I was looking for. He immediately came back with a price and asked about my trade. I gave him all the information as I had been at Jerry Ulm and had an offer for my trade. Kenneth came back with everything worked out and a number that I could not pass up. I am now driving my new 2014 Dodge Charger and love it. Through out the entire process everyone I cam in contact with was amazing. I never felt any pressure and was always surprised at how quick Ken responded, even on his days off. If you are looking for a new or used car and they have your not going to have a better experience or price then at Courtesy!!! More

Stuart took the time to show me different models to find exactly what i was looking for and they gave me a great trade in price for my old civic. I left the dealership feeling great about my purchase and completely impressed with the high level of customer service. Antonino in finance was also helpful and friendly. There was no pressure and he gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. I'll be sending all my family and friends to Stuart if they're looking for a car, I won't go anywhere else! More

The salesman had enough experience that he was able to understand my interests and not badger my reluctance. I set a clear budget and and he understood. Good man. Went in to check out the dodge challenger and while we were waiting in the lobby employees were breathing in helium from the balloons that they decorate with. I am very pleased with both cars that I have purchased. I enjoyed working with the sales people in making the deals. They were friendly and tried hard to please. When my husband and I first arrived at the Dodge dealership, we were not planning to purchase a new vehicle. My husband wanted to show me a vehicle he had recently seen. Bob Soich approached us and showed us a Dodge Journey. My husband and I had no idea the Journey also had 3rd row seating. Bob did not pressure us and was very patient as we continued to look at various models. He then took us inside to get a brochure and some water (it was extremely hot that day). Still, Bob did not pressure us into buying. He asked several times if we wanted to take a test drive and we finally decided to. On return from the test drive, Bob showed us some different Journeys in back. Immediately, we found "the one". Bob brought Joe LaMotta over to help with all the paperwork, etc. Both Bob and Joe were easy to talk to and made our buying experience a pleasure. Like I said, we were not planning to purchase a vehicle that day, but I'm extremely glad we did! More
