I went in looking for a used Corvette. The salesman, Shawn Kelly was "brutally honest." Since I was a car salesman in Ohio I knew what to expect. We spoke on the phone for a little while before and I explained to him that I didn't want to waste his or my time because of my financial situation. He found a couple of Vettes but were unable to get financed. He amusingly said I was going to get a new car (yeah right). I really didn't believe it but once I arrived we talked and I gave him all the information. A while later I got approved and drove away with a new 2011 Avenger. I was and still am very happy with everything. Courtesy treated me right and to this day Mr. Kelly and I keep in touch. As a matter of fact we went to lunch a couple of days ago while my car was in for the 1000 mile inspection and the 1st free oil change. As I said, even as a former car salesman I was treated fairly and honestly. I will be returning to Courtesy for my next car. Thank you Shawn and Courtesy for a job well done. More

The second car was nice - we liked it, but it had more body damage than we would have liked. We test drove it, but when we got back from the drive, we saw the third. Still don't know why it had been detailed (stickers removed, etc). But we are certainly glad it was -- we bought it that same night. Mike was excellent to deal with. The finance manager didn't have the same amount of likeabiliy, but he wasn't the one who made the sale. Mike and the entire staff went out of their way to see that we were comfortable, that we were happy and satisfied with our vehicle. We will definitely recommend the Dealership to others. More
Needed a Van so I surfed the net looking for dealerships. Left an Email for Matthew and his response was very quick. We live in Lakeland for 5 months of the year but found that a lot of the dealers were to Left an Email for Matthew and his response was very quick. We arranged to meet with Matthew at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge and he helped us choose a nice van without any pressure. The entire staff was great, from the front desk to the finance dept. On May 4th 2011 my husband and I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We originally walked onto the lot 2 days prior and met Joe. Joe asked us some basic questions and showed us a few options for what we may be looking for and gave us some fun facts as well which lightened the experience immediately. He was not hovering or annoying like most sales associates we have dealt with at other dealerships. He gave us his knowledge and let us do some comparisons. Normally we would not have gone inside on the 1st day without seriously reviewing our finances. However Joe was so nice to us we decided to sit down and do some basic numbers. During this brief time Joe made sure to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We did walk away that day excited but still a little nervous about the deal. Joe let us know that there was no pressure and to call him when we were ready. When we got into our car we were so impressed with how that small experience went we emailed Joe that night so that we could set up a meeting to finish the deal because we knew Joe had our best interest in mind he wasnt just looking for a sale. When we came back we brought our 2yr old daughter who is a bit of a handful. Immediately Joe welcomed us and got a balloon for our daughter. When we got down to serious numbers Joe was our advocate. He got us to the numbers that we wanted and never pressured us to do more than what we could handle. He got us the best deal and and made sure to have everything processed for us and finalized while we waited. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and how awesome they treated us and my daughter. We love our Jeep and will not be dealing with any other person from here on out. We have already recommended all friends and family to go here only and to definitly see Joe 1st. We loved every single aspect of this experience. More
I called the dealership around 12 in the afternoon. I talked with Mike, who was very polite. We set up an appointment so I could come and see it after I got off of work. when I got to the dealership he had it ready for me to test drive. He explained the check points for the certified pre-owned check points. We worked out a price that I thought was fair, and I drove it off the lot that night. More

I did not go there with the intention of buying a car but they worked it out so well that I could not resist. I am a very happy customer even though they messed up the paperwork and sold me the wrong color car. From the GM all the way to Shawn, they made things right and I will go back there for my next car. I visited the dealership and was greeted promptly by Shawn in sales. Shawn was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and seemed to be interested in the vehicle I was looking for. We quickly took a test drive on a Dodge Nitro 2011. Upon our return I met Rick one of the managers and we began talking like old friends. Shawn continued to work as I spoke with Rick about past jobs we had in common, I a Fireman and Rick a Policeman, and Shawn a Medic. Needless to say that my experience was excellent. Seemed like talking with old friends and buying a car. They gave me a fair trade for my vehicle, paperwork was the easiest and most painless as ever. Killa Ellis in the finance department made my signing of all documents for the loan Very simple. Never had I felt any high pressure sales or like I was not valued as a person. My wife and I went to the dealership with just the ideal of getting a quote on a trade-in on our truck and walked out with keys to a brand new truck and excellent trade-in value. We were very comfortable through the whole process and didn't feel high pressured into buying. I purchased a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in January 2011. The engine overheated and the vehicle broke down in March 2011. I called the dealership and they gave me an 800 number to call as in January 2011. The engine overheated and the vehicle broke down in March 2011. I called the dealership and they gave me an 800 number to call as I was stuck on the side of the road. That 800 number gave me another 800 number... Luckily I had triple A and go the vehicle towed to the dealership. After a few days of calling and not receiving any call backs, I finally got somebody to talk to me and I was told by Danny in the service department and their "5 star" liaison that I had a blown engine and that they had to do an engine "tear down" to assess the amount of damage. The engine has basically been rebuilt. The Courtesy dealership did NOTHING to help me get the vehicle replaced through Chrysler, except for "point me in the right direction" by giving me an 800 number! In the fourteen days they had my vehicle, not a single person at the dealership initiated a call to update or help me and the couple calls I did get were induced by my constant calling. If you are looking for a dealership that provides any level of communication or customer service after you purchase the vehicle - GO ELSEWHERE. I have a three month old, vehicle with a rebuilt engine that I will never be able to sell. Anybody can Google the VIN number and see that the engine has been rebuilt. Best advice, don't by a Chrysler Corp. product. They will not do the right thing! More
