Jonathan was great. He met us at the door when we drove up and asked to assist us. We did not plan on buying a car that day but he was able to give us the deal we were looking for with the exact car featu up and asked to assist us. There was no pressure to buy from him--he is a very humble guy. He gave my husband and I time to talk things over and gave us time to make a decision in privacy. After we bought the car Jonathan showed us how to use the features that were most important to me like blue tooth, voice dialing and mp3/aux, etc. Jonathan made sure we had a card for the service department/maintenance team so we could get the car serviced in a timely matter as needed. I can't say enough about how patience he was with us during our car buying experience. This is the first time I have owned a Jeep Patriot. I will contact Jonathan for any future car purchase needs. My experience with the kind people at Courtesy in Brandon started with me taking my Jeep Liberty in for services to prepare for my new life change starting in ATL, GA. I had my car for about six years which had a lot of miles on it and to find out by the Courtesy mechanic all the other major issues with the car, however the mechanic kindly explain the issues and the cost for the repairs to me which was not feasible at the time. With the mechanic standing next to me I spoke my mind at loud saying "i have to get a new car "without cautiously thinking i was already at a dealership. A few seconds later a sales man came over introducing himself and ask me to give him a chance to help so i did knowing i had nothing to lose. " I never knew that i will meet one of my angels until that day i met Ron Caltagirone". The service Ron provided was miraculous! He showed carisma, faith and belief to me getting a car where i didn't even believe i was. He knew his products, and quite honestly, he had me from "the Jeep retains it's value". After that, it was just finding the right Jeep for my son.
